Second Course
Grilled Farm Raised Quail with Black Pepper Molasses Glaze, Stone Ground Grits, and French Beans.

Third Course
Seared Diver Scallops with Sweet Potato Browned Butter Puree and a Wild Mushroom Ham Hock Red Wine Sauce.

Fourth Course
Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Creamed Collard Greens, Fried New Potatoes, and Horseradish Aioli.

Fifth Course
Arugula & Gorgonzola Salad with Apple, Vidalia Onion, and Champagne Vinaigrette.

Sixth Course
Triple Chocolate Buttermilk Bread Pudding with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and a Pecan Praline Bourbon Sauce.
